Agreement

By using Shotgun Scramble, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; if we make a significant change, we'll let you know.

What the app does

Shotgun Scramble helps golfers organize scramble tournaments — creating events, inviting players, managing RSVPs, setting tee times, and tracking scores. Some features, like scoring and extra tournament management tools, are limited to premium organizer accounts.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must give accurate information when you create an account or add players to a tournament.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account, including tournaments you create and invitations you send.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Organizing tournaments

If you create a tournament, you're responsible for the accuracy of the event details, tee times, and any player information you enter — including scores and contact details for people you invite. Shotgun Scramble is a scheduling and scoring tool; we don't verify golf course availability, handle green fees, or guarantee any player will show up.

Premium subscriptions

Premium organizer access is billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel from your account settings. Canceling stops future billing but doesn't refund the current billing period. If a charge fails, we may suspend premium features until it's resolved.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, spam, or mislead other players.
• Add someone to a tournament using contact information you don't have permission to use.
• Try to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the app.
• Use the app for anything illegal.

We can suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

No warranty

Shotgun Scramble is provided as-is. We work to keep it running reliably, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times. We're not responsible for decisions made based on tee times, scores, or other data in the app — always confirm important details directly with your golf course.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Shotgun Scramble isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including a missed tee time, a scoring error, or an issue with a third-party service we rely on (like Stripe, Resend, or Supabase).

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We can also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
